Returns and refunds

Our sheet music is a digital product delivered as a PDF. For this reason, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Before you buy, please check the instrumentation, number of pages and preview images on each score's page.

If there is a problem with the file

If the PDF won't open, is damaged, or doesn't match the description on the score's page, we will either resend your download link or send you a corrected file.

Please use our contact form and tell us your order number (or, if you don't have it, the email address you used to buy and the title of the score), along with a description of the problem.

Refunds by the payment provider

Payments are handled on the Stripe checkout page. For customers outside Japan, the seller is Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe. If you ask Link's support for a refund within 60 days of purchase, Link may issue one at its own discretion, separately from this policy.

Downloads after a refund

If an order is refunded by the payment provider, its download link stops working from the time of the refund.
