Terms of Sale
These terms cover buying and using the PDF sheet music ("scores") that Anone Publishing ("we") sells on this site. By buying a score, you agree to these terms.
About our scores
Our scores are composed and engraved using AI. The cover art is also drawn using AI.
When you buy a score, we license you to use it as described under "What you can do with the sheet music" below.
Seller
The seller is Anone Publishing. For customers outside Japan, the seller is Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe.
When the sale is made
The sale is made when your payment is complete on the Stripe checkout page.
What you can do with the sheet music
You're free to use this piece in your performances, recordings and videos, including for commercial use. All we ask is that you credit the title and "Anone Publishing" as the composer. The only thing we ask you not to do is share or resell the sheet music itself.
You may
- Print the sheet music for your own performance, practice or lessons
- Print copies for the other members of your ensemble when you perform it together
- Perform it in concerts, including ticketed concerts
- Record or film your performance and publish it, including on monetized channels
- Sell or stream recordings of your performance
When you publish a performance, recording or video, please credit the title and "Anone Publishing" as the composer.
Please don't
- Give the PDF to anyone else, or upload it anywhere online
- Sell or rent out the sheet music, in print or as a file
Buyer information on the PDF
We print your email address, purchase date and order number on the PDF, to discourage unauthorized sharing. For how we handle this information, see our Privacy Policy.
Receiving your scores
Once your payment is complete, we email a download link for the PDF to the address you entered. For how long the link works and how many times you can use it, see our Legal Notice.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will post any changes on this page. Scores bought before a change remain under the terms in force when you bought them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
